Ive noticed a negative mood swing in the past couple of days, I wonder if it is from lack of waking up with the sun or if it is do to a lack of running or biking and food in the mornings. To function stack I will start to wake up eat and go on a run or ride my bicycle. I have been thinking that some sort of watch type tracking device would be a great tool to have along to make my runs more quantifiable which means that they will be more trackable and probably more useful in the long run.
